Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 2026
MCB Professionals LLC ("MCB Professionals," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website www.mcbprofessionals.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the Site, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. By using the Site, you agree to this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use.
This policy covers only the Site. It does not cover the services we provide to clients under a written agreement, which are governed by that agreement and, where applicable, a Business Associate Agreement under HIPAA.
1. Information you give us
When you request a consultation or contact us, we collect what you choose to provide, such as:
- your name, email address and phone number;
- your practice or organization name;
- the services you are interested in; and
- the contents of your message, email or call.
Please do not send patient information or other protected health information (PHI) through the Site, its forms or ordinary email. The Site is not designed to receive PHI. If you send PHI anyway, we may delete it, and we are not responsible for information you submit against this instruction. If you become a client, we will arrange secure methods for exchanging patient data.
2. Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain information through cookies, pixels, scripts and similar technologies, including:
- your IP address, which may be used to estimate your general location (such as city or region);
- your browser, device type, operating system and screen size;
- the pages you view, links you click, how you scroll and move on a page, and how long you stay;
- the website or search that brought you to the Site; and
- the date and time of your visit.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, to understand how visitors find and use the Site. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect usage information and report website trends to us. We have not enabled Google Analytics advertising features. To learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services, visit https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing Google's browser add-on: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Microsoft Clarity
We partner with Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps and session replay, to improve and market our products and services. Website usage data is captured using first-party and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies to determine the popularity of our services and online activity. Additionally, this information is used for site optimization, fraud and security purposes, and advertising. For more information about how Microsoft collects and uses your data, visit the Microsoft Privacy Statement: https://privacy.microsoft.com/privacystatement.
We have configured Clarity to mask the text you type into form fields and other page content, so session replays do not show what you enter.
3. How we use information
We use the information described above to:
- respond to your inquiries and schedule consultations;
- provide, operate, maintain and improve the Site;
- understand how visitors use the Site and measure the effectiveness of our content;
- communicate with you about our services when you have asked us to or as permitted by law;
- protect the security and integrity of the Site and prevent fraud, spam and abuse; and
- comply with legal obligations, enforce our Terms of Use, and protect our rights, property and safety and those of others.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising in exchange for money. We share information only:
- with service providers that act on our behalf, such as Netlify (website hosting and form processing), Google Workspace (email), Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity (analytics). Google and Microsoft may also use analytics data as described in their own privacy statements linked above;
- for legal reasons, when we believe disclosure is required by law, subpoena or court order, or is necessary to protect our rights, property or safety or those of others;
- in a business transfer, such as a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case the information may be transferred to the successor; and
- with your consent or at your direction.
5. Cookies and your choices
- Browser settings: most browsers let you block or delete cookies. If you do, the Site will still work, though some analytics will not.
- Google Analytics opt-out: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout
- Global Privacy Control: where required by law, we treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal from your browser as a request to opt out of any sale of personal information or targeted advertising.
- Do Not Track: there is no common standard for "Do Not Track" signals, so the Site does not respond to them separately.
- Email: you can ask us at any time to stop contacting you.
6. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, including New Jersey and other US states with privacy laws, you may have the right to:
- confirm whether we process your personal information and get a copy of it;
- correct inaccurate personal information;
- delete personal information;
- opt out of the sale of personal information, targeted advertising or profiling (we do not sell personal information); and
- appeal our decision on your request.
To make a request, email yasmen@mcbprofessionals.com or call 888-528-7451. We may need to verify your identity before acting on your request. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision, and if you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may contact your state attorney general. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
7. Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes in this policy, including to respond to you, maintain business records, and meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. Analytics data is retained according to the settings and policies of the analytics providers.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information. However, no website, internet transmission or email is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of information you send to us. You send information at your own risk.
9. Third-party links
The Site may link to other websites, such as LinkedIn. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites, and we encourage you to read their privacy policies.
10. Children
The Site is intended for healthcare professionals and businesses. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Visitors outside the United States
The Site is operated in the United States and intended for US visitors. If you access it from elsewhere, your information will be processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and change the effective date above. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
